Music has been an integral part of worship in The Salvation Army from its very early days. Mississauga Temple blends the traditional Salvation Army brass band with more contemporary worship band music regularly, to produce a blended style of worship that meets the preferences of the many ages and backgrounds represented in our congregation.
At Mississauga Temple our Women’s Ministries is called
L.I.F.T (Ladies in Fellowship Together).
We meet throughout the year, doing various activities such as
– Pot lucks
– Christmas Turkey Dinner
– Craft nights
– Bus trip to Niagara on the Lake
– Grand River Boat Cruise
– Saturday morning breakfasts
Youth are not just the future, they are the now. At Mississauga Temple we try to actively engage the young people of our church in bible study, worship, group discussion, fun activities, service, retreats and friendship. This is all with the aim of helping a young mind and spirit to grow up with the understanding that they are loved and cared for by God and by the community at Mississauga Temple.
